Benjamin contacted David to enroll in his Information Management course at Eastern Connecticut State University in 2015. It was at capacity, but David agreed to take on an extra student. Shortly after having completed his teaching assignment and having worked for seventeen years in Higher Education, David quit his job as an Instructional Design Manager and joined Benjamin to fulfill their entrepreneurial passion. Five years later, David and Benjamin continue to utilize technology as a solution to complex problems, while educating the community on the power of entrepreneurship.

Jeans and sweatshirts are typical attire in the office. Sandwiches can be found in the fridge, coffee pods in the upper right cabinet and slippers in the closet to the left. Our office is more than a workplace. It's a place to tell stories, solve problems, and collaborate with clients.
The culture is unique, without cubicles or competitiveness. Through successes and struggles, we always have fun in the process. Celtics, our Dog Therapist, named after that team in Boston, is there to pick us up when things are looking down. There's also Sam Adams, an old friend we may visit at the end of a long work week. Welcome to ARSOME.
